Very-good copy of this 1935 hardback - Apparent First Edition. Dark-blue boards with gilt lettering (very-clean) - NO foxing. Pages show only slight tanning from age. 251 pages. The very-first page of Chapter I was torn away from spine and has been tape-repaired (at the spine) - That same page has a small closed tear along ouside page edge (blank area) NO other tears throughout book. Several pages in the first 67 pages have underlining/writing. Does NOT interfere with reading. - NO writing in rest of book. NO remainder marks. There is an interesting dedication in book front: "Affectionately dedicated to the throngs of happy campers who have gathered on Sunday mornings on the mountain side at Land O' Peaks Ranch, Rocky Mountain National Park, to worship under the pines in God's dooryard."
